Hi, I’m Peter — founder of Panacea Estate, and I just wanted to say welcome. This vineyard started as a dream I had to create something authentic, beautiful, and rooted in the land I love.
Named after the Greek word panacea, meaning “a cure for all ills,” our estate is a sanctuary of stillness, connection, and craft in the heart of Central Victoria.

'Viti' is what we lovingly call the way we tend the vines, and it is at the heart of everything we do at Panacea Estate. It’s the art and science of growing grapes — a careful balance of soil, climate, timing, and instinct.
Our approach is hands-on and deeply connected to the land. We farm with intention, respecting the rhythms of the seasons and the health of the vineyard, to grow fruit that truly reflects our site. Every decision we make in the vineyard shapes the character of our wines — and it all begins here, among the vines.

Stunning location, worth the 4 km dirt road trip! Great tasting shed/outdoor balcony views, enjoyed sampling their wines, dog friendly too. Would be great in winter sat around the fire...also for groups, it's a huge shed!!

Such a lovely venue, relaxing looking out over the vineyard and over the Lake. The wines are lovely, especially the sparkling rose in summer and the reds in winter. Highly recommend
