2022 Panacea Estate “Vibrance Series” Shiraz Rosé

Appearance: This rosé provides lively and inviting colour with orange undertones accompanying the primarily pink hue.

Aroma: The fruit forward fragrant notes of apricots, peaches, and nectarines unfold when taking in this wine. 

Palate: Similar to the 2022 Vintage of the Vibrance Series Shiraz Rose, the upfront flavours are of light-coloured stone fruits—apricots, peaches, and nectarines and marmalade. These flavours bring a touch of natural sweetness that is both delicate and enticing to a dry crisp wine with a hint of honey at the end of the palate without sweetness. As the wine evolves on the palate, a crisp apple note emerges, providing a refreshing finish that balances the initial fruitiness.

Food Pairing: This light and vibrant rosé pairs exceptionally well with a range of culinary delights. Its vivacious character complements light and fresh dishes such as grilled seafood salads, making the most of its fruit-forward flavours.
