At Panacea Estate, we take great care to ensure your wine arrives safely and promptly.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping is available Australia-wide. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that during peak periods or extreme weather conditions, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to liquor licensing laws. All deliveries require a person aged 18 or over to receive the order. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing, please contact us at hello@panaceaestate.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
