Meet “Little Red” — our not-so-typical Shiraz.
She’s light on her feet, bright in the glass, and made for chilled afternoons and long lunches. While the region is known for its bold, brooding reds, “Little Red” breaks the mould — offering a lighter, fresher take on Shiraz that still holds its own.
In the glass: A ruby hue with purple glints that catch the light, giving you a hint of what’s to come.
On the nose: Juicy red cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and a whisper of violet and earthy herbs.
On the palate: Lively, crisp, and fruit-forward with gentle spice and fine, silky tannins. A clean, mineral finish makes it a joy to sip — especially slightly chilled.
Pair it with grilled chicken, salmon, pasta salad, charcuterie, light cheeses, or even your favourite Friday night dumplings. It’s a red that plays well with just about anything.
